We are an Independent Baptist Church in the Millard area offering preaching and teaching from the King James Bible. We sing the old gospel hymns, and some new ones as well, in praise to the Lord.
We worship the Lord Jesus Christ, and strive to help Christians in their daily walk with Him through fundamental preaching and expository teaching from the Word of God.
Carla and I came to Omaha from Texas in October of 1983. When we came to Marshall Drive Baptist Church, little did we realize what a blessing it would be for us. Things have certainly changed a great deal since then. Our city has grown, our family has grown, and our church family has grown as well.
We are so thankful that God brought us to this place. It has been a joy to be part of this congregation and to grow along with it. We could not ask for a better group of people to serve and to serve with. We thank the Lord for each and everyone of you, and we look forward to many more years together.
It is such a blessing to know the Lord, and to serve the Lord, as we reach out to serve others. God has been good to us, and we praise Him for all He has done, all He is doing, and all that I know He will do. May the Lord richly bless you all.
